...where you too, can learn to LIVE ALOHA
It is Hawaiian tradition to “Ask for Permission” from the land before taking on any adventure. By taking the time to review our website, we thank you for helping to honor that tradition.
We would like to invite you to review our information and enjoy our beautiful piece of paradise with a great Big ALOHA!
In order to take full advantage of our hospitality, you must first learn the true meaning of Aloha. You may already know that it is the traditional Hawaiian word for both “hello” and “goodbye”, but did you know it actually is better defined as “...with love” or Living in harmony with the people and land around you with mercy, sympathy, grace, and kindness.
So now that you better understand the true meaning when we say “Aloha and Mahalo (thank you) for visiting our Hale (home or place of the sun) we hope it helps YOU to learn to Live Aloha!”
We have found Maui to be one of the most wonderful, relaxing locations in the world, which is why we bought a home in this paradise ourselves. The home is rarely available because we use it throughout the year and we are very picky on who we invite as guests. We have put a lot of aloha (love) and hana (work) into the home to make it the perfect island getaway.
Maui is much more laid back than the larger city feel of Oahu. Overall there are less tourists and less large buildings. The area of Ka’anapali itself is a tourist area on the island so you are just a walk or short drive from most activities. The resort itself has enough amenities to keep you busy (or not) for your entire stay.
The location of the home within the resort has a very limited view of the ocean (but you can see some of it on the patio corner), just far away enough to be close to everything, but not close enough to the amenities to be bothered by the hustle and bustle when you want to relax..
